Lead Front-End Engineer

A complete school management system built for Star Group—currently in active development. I own the frontend architecture and implementation across a large modular product: scheduling dashboards, integrated online meetings, a full real-time chat layer, online exams, driver transportation workflows, drag-and-drop template builders, and a customization engine that lets each tenant shape colors, typography, layout, tables, and dark mode. The platform is multi-tenant end to end. Backend is .NET Core (separate team); frontend is TypeScript, React, TanStack Router, TanStack Query, Zustand, React Hook Form, Zod, HeroUI, and Tailwind CSS.

Keynotes

  • Built role-based dashboards so teachers and students see lessons, schedules, and daily activity at a glance.
  • Integrated Zoom and Microsoft Teams APIs so staff create and join meetings from one dashboard—no context switching.
  • Shipped a real-time chat module with DMs, permissioned group chats, markdown, files, voice notes, reactions, read receipts, pin/reply/forward, and live updates.
  • Delivered online exams, live driver pickup tracking with map visibility for parents and teachers, invoice template builder, and tenant-wide UI customization.
